Glen Eden Constructions (GEC) is formed by a dedicated team of civil construction specialists focusing on exceptional quality and time-driven results, servicing central to southeastern Queensland, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

Established in 2010, Glen Eden Construction’s Managing Director, Damian Higgins, has over 25 years of experience in civil construction and major projects across Australia. With specialised knowledge and expertise, Glen Eden Constructions brings skilled tradesmen experience with reliable contractors and partnerships.

Since its establishment, our team have successfully met and exceeded client expectations and expanded our fleet of specialist plant and equipment, along with skilled and specialised operators.

Closely abiding by standards set by key authorities including Queensland Rail and Transport and Main Roads and working in accordance with client management systems, Glen Eden Constructions deliver what we promise with an emphasis on our ability to exceed safety standards and expectations.

Damian Higgins, Managing Director

With over 25 years of construction experience, Damian Higgins leads Glen Eden Constructions with specialised knowledge and expertise. Working extensively with civil projects across Australia, Damian has reliable partnerships and relationships with contractors, working closely with them to ensure client expectations are met.

Ben Wells, Senior Project Engineer

With over 10 years of construction experience, Ben Wells works alongside the Managing Director. Ben has spent the majority of his career working for Tier 2 Principal Contractor’s in Queensland and has developed a broad range of construction experience in both civil and structural disciplines. With this experience, Ben provides support to the organisation from the early stages of pre-contract pricing and negotiations, through to contract delivery.

Joanne Branagan, Accounts Manager

Joanne has been with our company from the early stages and has established wonderful relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers over the past 10+ years. As our Accounts Manager with over 30-years of bookkeeping experience, she effortlessly runs our finance department. Joanne is also a licenced BAS Agent and an active member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.

Lisa During, Office Manager

Managing our office, and usually your first point of contact, Lisa has nearly 10 years of administrative experience. After migrating from Germany to Australia, she completed her Diploma of Business and now uses her unique skillset to keep us and our site teams organised and is in charge of any administrative matters including HR & Payroll.
